Kitchen
Line & Prep Cook
Banded Brewing Co. is hiring an experienced cook to join our growing kitchen team. We focus on approachable, high-quality food made with local ingredients in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Hiring for a full-time position, but we are also open to receiving part-time applications as well.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and cook food during service to quality standards.

Assist with prep and kitchen opening/closing.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
-
2+ years of kitchen or food prep experience.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-
Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
-
Availability for nights and weekends.
Hours & Benefits:
Full-time or part-time (20–40 hrs/week). Starting at $18.00/hour + tips.

Taproom
Taphandler
Banded Brewing Co. is hiring front-of-house team members to join our taproom crew. We’re looking for someone friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented who takes pride in great service and enjoys learning about beer. As part of the team, you’ll be one of the faces of Banded—serving beer and cocktails, running food, connecting with guests, and helping create a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

What You’ll Do:

Pour beer and learn how to create cocktails to serve guests with confidence.

Guide customers with recommendations and share knowledge about our beers and styles.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Assist with opening/closing duties.

Maintain a clean, organized space.

Restock beer, merchandise, and supplies (includes some lifting).

Follow responsible serving practices, including checking IDs.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in hospitality or craft beer preferred.
-
Team player with the ability to multitask and to work calmly, efficiently, and effectively.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Basic math and cash handling skills.
Hours & Benefits:
Part-time (2–3 shifts per week, including weekends). Starting at $10.00/hour +tips. May have the opportunity to become full-time.
