From intimate celebrations to professional gatherings, Sanctum offers a welcoming space to come together. The flexible layout works well for seated dinners, presentations, or standing cocktail-style events. Whatever the reason to gather, Sanctum provides the perfect setting for a memorable event.

Sanctum is equipped with essential amenities. The room is equipped with speakers, a microphone, adjustable lighting, and plenty of electrical outlets. Different table and seating configurations are available. For more specialized décor or formal table settings, we recommend coordinating with a local rental provider.

Sanctum most suitably accommodates 10–40 guests for seated events and 20–60 guests for standing gatherings. Tables and chairs can be rearranged, and built-in bench seating and wall drink rails provide additional flexibility. We recommend these ranges for the best experience for your guests.

The Sanctum space blends rustic character with a clean, modern feel. Tall ceilings, exposed textures, and natural wood accents create a warm atmosphere, while a large, bright window adds natural light during daytime events. The open layout is easy to decorate and customize to match your vision.

Catering can be arranged through our taproom kitchen, offering a variety of menu options. Depending on the event, outside catering or specialty desserts may be allowed with prior approval. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased exclusively through Banded Brewing Co. to comply with Maine laws.

The rental provides use of the Sanctum and can be combined with catering and beverage options. For special requests, we’re happy to create a custom package. A 50% deposit secures your reservation.
Fri - Mon:  $300//hr (3 hr minimum)
Tues - Thurs: $200/hr  (2 hr minimum)
